Softening Systems

Water softening systems automatically carry out the renewal process without requiring any intervention on the day and time of the month or week in a timely manner. The resin, which is saturated in a time-controlled manner, is regenerated with salt water and cleaned of Mg (Magnesium) and Ca (Calcium) ions.

Flow control softening systems measure the amount of water passing through a meter on the device and subject it to a pre-programmed regeneration process. The saturated resin is regenerated with salt water in a controlled flow rate control and calcium and magnesium ions are removed from the water.

Tandem type devices are ideal for facilities with soft water requirements for 24 hours a day. On the system; There are two resin columns, cationic resins, automatic valves and a salt tank. In Tandem (Duplex System) water softening systems, automatic valves work based on flow rate control. When water passes through the resin tank in the service at a certain flow rate, it automatically regenerates, while the other tank continues to supply soft water to the installation by moving to the service position. In this way, it produces uninterrupted soft water 24 hours a day without the need for human intervention and without stopping the process for regeneration processes.
