Pricing; In accordance with today's changing conditions, it is important for us to make the right remuneration in the right position, to make remuneration in accordance with the market conditions by considering the internal balances. At the same time, the bonus system established within the scope of our management system with targets gives employees the right to earn as they earn.

Social Responsibility Projects and Activities; In addition to our usual activities, we do not forget the special days of our staff and make donations within the scope of the social responsibility project.
